1. Description
Visual Planning 3.0 is a planning and project
management software. Based on a simple concept of a planning board,
it gives additional database management features.
Visual Planning, gives you a graphical view of your company
or department activities.
The couple palnning / schedule lets you manage long distance projects
or puntula events.
Today, more than 10,000 licences (including both single user
and network versions) have been sold to customers from various sectors
(Great companies, SME, independants, private users,..). If you need
to manage your activities, Visual Planning is the solution, giving
you a graphic planning board you modify with a mouse clic.
Visual Planning has also filters and
strong customization tools that reply to all your needs : human resources
planning, events management, customer care service, room occupation
planninfg, production planning,
On the extensible grid, the rows represent the " folders "'
and the columns the time (in days, weeks,
). You only have to
place the differents "events" in a folder using the function
icons. You easily get this way a global vision of all your activities.
Compared to a scheduler, Visual Planning offers a more structurated
tool, in particular thanks to the folders and their personalized items
thar allows you to filter the planning according to your criteria.
